Capitols forearm in the Graviton Archipelago.
They spearhead any massive campaigns in the southern region of
Venus. They are truly dedicated warriors, concerned only with the
perseverance of the corporation and its ideals. They are found
near and around any Capitolian settlement with the exception of
deep jungle outposts. They are also found underneath the warm
waters of the Venusian Ocean. Here they protect the massive
underwater cities from the other corporations. However, many
ENMUs are on constant alert along with the Dark Nauticals on the
southern tip of the Archipelago. Skirmishes between Capitol and
the Dark Legion have been on the uprise since the erection on the
new citadel. Sea monsters from the Koragador Deep have cut off
southern trade. Only time will tell when these two powers clash.

Special Rules: All ENMUs may be helicopter deployed. However,
their favorite mode of deployment is sub-aquatic (rules for
sub-aquatic deployment are found in the Luna Chronicler).
Sergeants and Captains may call in airstrikes. Because of their
commitment of Capitol perseverance and way of life, they have the
Steadfast special ability.
Equipment: Infantry Troopers and their Sergeants are armed
with waterproof versions of the M50 Assault Rifle and Punisher
Blades. Up to two individuals in the squad may be armed with a
heavy weapon instead of an assault rifle. (NOTE: if ENMUs is
deployed sub-aquatic, then no trooper may be armed with a heavy
weapon.) Every trooper in the squad may exchange their M50s for
M85 Harpoon guns. Captains may be equipped with any weapons from
the Capitol or General Armory lists.
Structure: ENMUs are organized into squads of 8 to 10
troopers and 1 sergeant. Captains are purchased as individual models.
NEW WEAPONS
This is the "beefed up" version of the M84. Instead of
reloading after every shot, like the M84, the M85 has clips of 20
arrows. After the 20th arrow has been fired it has to be reloaded
in the player wants to continue to use the weapon. Likewise if
the player wants to change different types of ammo. The player
must expend one action to reload or change different types of
ammo. You can NOT mix up different types of ammo in a single clip
(i.e. you cannot fire a normal harpoon arrowhead and follow it up
with an explosive tip without using an action to change the
ammo). If a hidden model fires this weapon it does not loose its
hidden status.
Use the net template for the net projectile. The same
rules found in Dark Eden are used here. Use the same template for
the smoke tip. All models that are underneath the smoke template
receive a 4 for ranged weapons, cannot attempt to spot, and -2 for
close combat. For those not underneath the template, they too
receive a 4 if they fire into or beyond the template. They also
cannot attempt to spot any body beyond the template as hidden
models are considered out of LOS.

NEW SPECIAL ABILITIES
STEADFAST:
This special ability is reserved for warriors with
great determination to complete a mission or dedication to uphold
their beliefs and way of life. These warriors take normal panic
test but are not subject to the normal rules that apply. If they
fail the test, they do not flee like normal troops, but instead
are shaken. Thus, these warriors may never move towards the
enemy, but may use any other actions as normal. They may,
however, move away from the enemy if you would like. If
surrounded, they may not move at all.
When a shaken squad attempts and fails the panic
roll again they rout like normal troops. Once a squad is broken
they flee like any other troops. Broken squads may also rally
like any other troops.
