A couple of friends and I have been trying these out. they work well with the missions at the end.

ASSASSINATION:
Experience: Any model who wounds the Target gains 2 XP per wound. Any model who wounds the Target and gets a DEAD result on the Wound Chart gains an additional 1 XP.
Secondary Objective: Keep casualties to a minimum. Retreating after accomplishing Primary Objective is not penalized.
CLAN INFIGHTING:
Primary Objective: If your opponent is fielding a Imperial Force, the Hero with the lowest LD has been Targetted for Assassination. If your opponent is not fielding a Imperial Force, he gains a Clansman Hero equipped with a Interceptor and Clansman Claymore.
Experience: Any model who wounds the Target gains 2 XP per wound. Any model who wounds the Target and gets a DEAD result on the Wound Chart gains an additional 1 XP.
Secondary Objective: Destroy the Traitors supporting force. You may reroll any failed Panic tests in CC.
DESTROY KOHORT/SQUAD:
Primary Objective: Kill or Rout all your opponents units.
Experience: If your Primary Objective is achieved, all your troopers who did not retreat gain 3 XP for surviving instead of the 1 XP they normally receive.
Secondary Objective: Strike Fear in the Enemy. Any trooper who inflicts a wound which causes a unit to Panic gains 1 XP.
EXONERATED RONIN:
Primary Objective: If your opponent is fielding a Mishima Force, the Hero with the lowest LD has been Targetted for Assassination. If your opponent is not fielding a Mishima Force, he gains a Hatamoto Hero equipped with a Shogun and Ceremonial Blades.
Experience: Any model who wounds the Target gains 2 XP per wound. Any model who wounds the Target and gets a DEAD result on the Wound Chart gains an additional 1 XP.
Secondary Objective: Destroy the Traitors supporting force. You may reroll any failed Panic tests in CC.
FLUSH OUT THE COWARD:
Experience: Any trooper who wounds an enemy in cover gains an extra 1 XP for the wound.
Secondary Objective: Strike Fear in the Enemy. Any trooper who inflicts a wound which causes a unit to Panic gains 1 XP.
FURY OF THE CLANSMAN:
Primary Objective: Kill the Dark Legion warrior with the most wounds.
Experience: Any model who wounds the Target gains 2 XP per wound. Any model who wounds the Target and gets a DEAD result on the Wound Chart gains an additional 1 XP.
Secondary Objective: Destroy the Darkness. You may reroll any failed Panic tests in CC.
HONOR THE EMPEROR:
Primary Objective: Sacrifice yourself for the Glory of the Emperor. Troopers in CC may reroll any one failed CC attack once. Your troopers are immune to routing.
Experience: Troopers gain 2 XP for every wound they take and no XP for wounds they inflict.
Secondary Objective: Destroy the enemy. Troopers who inflict a wound that causes a unit to Panic or Rout gains 1 XP.
INFILTRATION:
Experience: If you can move a unit into the enemy's deployment zone without suffering any losses, troopers in that unit gain 3 XP for surviving the game and not just 1 as normal.
Secondary Objective: Keep casualties to a minimum. Retreating after accomplishing Primary Objective is not penalized.
INTERNAL AFFAIRS CRACKDOWN:
Primary Objective: If your opponent is fielding a Capitol Force, the Hero with the lowest LD has been Targetted for Assassination. If your opponent is not fielding a Capitol Force, he gains a Special Forces Hero armed with a M50 and a Capitol Sword of Honor.
Experience: Any model who wounds the Target gains 2 XP per wound. Any model who wounds the Target and gets a DEAD result on the Wound Chart gains an additional 1 XP.
Secondary Objective: Destroy the Traitors supporting force. You may reroll any failed Panic tests in CC.
NEPHARITE HUNT:
Primary Objective: Kill the Nepharite with the highest LD.
Experience: Any model who wounds the Target gains 2 XP per wound. Any model who wounds the Target and gets a DEAD result on the Wound Chart gains an additional 1 XP.
Secondary Objective: Destroy the Darkness. You may reroll any failed Panic tests in CC.
PORTAL OF THE GREAT CONQUEROR:
Primary Objective: Kill the Devout and Faithful.
Experience: Any model who wounds a Brotherhood warrior with a PW stat gains 2 XP for the wound instead of the normal 1 XP. Any model who wounds a Target and gets a DEAD result on the Wound Chart gains an additional 1 XP.
Secondary Objective: Destroy the Light. You may reroll one failed CC attack per turn.
PROVE YOUR VALOR:
Experience: Any time one of you troopers with the lowest Points Value wounds a warrior with a total cost higher than his own, he gains 2XP instead of the normal 1XP.
Secondary Objective: Keep casualties to a minimum. Retreating after accomplishing Primary Objective is not penalized.
RECALLED:
Primary Objective: If your opponent is fielding a Cybertronic Force, the Hero with the lowest LD has been Targetted for Assassination. If your opponent is not fielding a Cybertronic Force, he gains a Chasseur Hero armed with a AR3000 and a CSA 404.
Experience: Any model who wounds the Target gains 2 XP per wound. Any model who wounds the Target and gets a DEAD result on the Wound Chart gains an additional 1 XP.
Secondary Objective: Destroy the Traitors supporting force. You may reroll any failed Panic tests in CC.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Experience: Your trooper with the highest Total Cost gains 2XP every time it wounds the opposing warrior with the highest points cost instead of the normal 1XP.
Secondary Objective: Keep casualties to a minimum. Retreating after accomplishing Primary Objective is not penalized.
SUICIDE MISSION
Experience: Your troopers gain 2XP for each wound they take and survive instead of the normal 1 XP.
Secondary Objective: Destroy the Enemy. You may reroll any failed Panic tests in CC.
TRAITOR DISCOVERED:
Primary Objective: If your opponent is fielding a Bauhaus Force, the Hero with the lowest LD has been Targetted for Assassination. If your opponent is not fielding a Bauhaus Force, he gains a Hussar Hero armed with a Panzerknacker and a Violator Sword.
Experience: Any model who wounds the Target gains 2 XP per wound. Any model who wounds the Target and gets a DEAD result on the Wound Chart gains an additional 1 XP.
Secondary Objective: Destroy the Traitors supporting force. You may reroll any failed Panic tests in CC.
The only problem we've found is in the traitor missions. We've agreed that the traitor cannot retreat.
