Ok, How do I get to the Warzone Chat?

• Server: any Dalnet server
• Channel:

  	#excelsior_warzone		Official Chat Channel for the Warzone TTG.
  	#excelsior_chronopia		Official Chat Channel for the Chronopia TTG..
  	#excelsior_crusader		Official Chat Channel for Excelsior Representatives & Crusaders.

Chat Schedule:

There is no set schedule at this time. Just log on and wait for others!

Required for New Users:

I do recommend that when you choose a nickname, that you register it. This will prevent others from using your nickname. Besides, you are required to have a registered nickname to join any of the excelsior channels.

To register your nickname:

1. Load mIRC (or whichever IRC client software you are using).
2. Connect to broadway.ny.us.dal.net.
   Either click the "connect" button (specifying the above server) or type /server broadway.ny.us.dal.net in the text entry area of a window. For a server closer to you, see the dalnet server list.
3. Make sure you are logged on with the nickname you want (and one that nobody else has).
   In the text entry area of a window, type /nick nickname. Replace nickname with your chosen nickname.
4. Register your nickname with nickserv.
   First, choose a password and make sure you have a valid email address. In the text entry area of a window, type /msg nickserv register password replacing password with your chosen password. You will then get a response saying that your registration is temporary. Each time you connect to the server, you will have to identify yourself. Type /msg nickserv auth password replacing password with your chosen password.
5. Many IRC clients allow "Auto Connect" and "Alias Commands". This will make logging in and identifying yourself simpler.
