Avacyn Restored Game Day Saturday May 26th, 2012 - 6:00 pm
	Compete to be the Avacyn Restored Game Day Champion at Time Warp Comics & Games! Game Days are Standard format. The tournament will be 4 round Swiss-style, with the top 8 players after the Swiss rounds advancing to the single-elimination finals. In the case of an event with 16 players or less, only the top 4 will advance. Where necessary, the standings after the Swiss rounds will be used to determine final order in the standings. In the case of an event with exactly 8 players, there will be three Swiss rounds with no single-elimination cut. The first 30 participants receive an exclusive participation promo card. The top 8 players each receive an exclusive full-art promo card. The cards are awarded to the Top 8 players even if the tournament cuts only to the top 4. 	Date Change! Ban Dai has announced a new release date for the booster packs for Kage Summit. Each player will receive 4 booster packs of Kage Summit. Players use these to construct a 30 card Deck for use in the tournament. There are no Ninja restrictions for Deck construction. All other cards not used form a Side Deck for you to use during the duration of the tournament. Prizes: 1 Booster pack og Kage Summit will be added to the prize pool for each player participating in the event. These prizes will be split between 1st and 2nd place.

You get to play with the cards before you can buy them, special promotional cards are given out to attendees and the top players can win even more cards. So have fun! The prerelease will be Sealed Deck format (each player will receive 6 boosters). Registered attendees will each receive a premium foil participation card while supplies last. Prereleases are sanctioned by the DCI, which is the governing body for all Magic tournaments - from the smallest local events up to the high-level Pro Tour. Playing in a sanctioned event means your results are recorded and begin to give you a player rating among the thousands of Magic players worldwide. If you don't have a DCI number yet, we can set you up. For many players, prereleases are a fun and easy way to play in their first sanctioned events. 	Dungeon Command features themed miniature factions designed to play as unified war bands, in a game eliminating luck-driven mechanics in favor of player-driven skill, creativity, and quick thinking. Each Dungeon Command faction comes in its own box, containing twelve miniatures (plus the cards, tiles, and rules for the game). In addition to their use in Dungeon Command, these miniatures can also be used in the D&D RPG, with their cards further usable with D&D Adventure System board games (Castle Ravenloft, Wrath of Ashardalon, and The Legend of Drizzt). While each faction is meant to be played by a single player, quick-start rules allow two players to engage in a shortened version of the game using only one box. This event celebrates the release of the first two skirmish packs, Heart of Cormyr^TM and Sting of Lolth^TM. Fans of miniatures games will be excited to get in on the action. We will have a copy of both Heart of Cormyr and Sting of Lolth to demo in-store on Game Day, allowing players to see what the game is all about.
